Primo Enterprises offers workshops, events, and educational sessions (collectively referred to as “Workshops”) related to skateboarding and other activities. By participating in these Workshops, you agree to the following terms:

  • Workshop Registration: Registration for Workshops is required in advance. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel your participation in a Workshop, please notify us at least 5 – 7 working days before the event. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Workshop Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully during Workshops and events. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in your removal from the event without a refund.
  • Materials: If applicable, Primo Enterprises may provide materials or equipment for Workshops. These materials are for personal use during the Workshop only and must not be used outside of the event unless otherwise specified.
  • Liability: By attending a Workshop, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in skateboarding and related activities and agree to participate at your own risk. Primo Enterprises is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during a Workshop.

6. Intellectual Property

The content and materials available on our website and through our Services, including but not limited to logos, images, text, software, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Primo Enterprises. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent from us, except as permitted by law.

7. Products and Purchases

All products available for purchase through Primo Enterprises are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Prices for products may change without notice. All purchases made through our website are subject to the terms of our Sales and Return Policy.
