At Primo Skate Co., we strive to provide high-quality skate products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns only for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • To initiate a return, email us at with your order details.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used, worn, or damaged skateboards and parts
  • Custom or limited-edition products
  • Wax, grip tape, and consumable items

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 -10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you need an exchange, email us at primosk8.hyd@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
